2. Personalization is available but limited by the space. Please send your requirements, and we will reply to you with our suggestions of its placement. Personalization cost depends on your request and will be sent together with suggestions to your approval. If you approve, you will be billed an additional cost.
Personalized items are not returnable.
3. Free Priority Mail shipping within US is included in price. It usually takes 1-3 business days after your item(s) is created (US delivery). Standard international shipping is included for Canada, Europe and UK.
4. Express shipping is available, please choose it from the menu while ordering.
5. Keep in mind that not all destinations are eligible for the Express shipping. If your shipping address is one of such destinations, you will be notified within two business days after you placed an order (if you requested it). If you choose to proceed with Standard shipping, the cost of express shipping will be refunded to you, if you choose to cancel the order, we'll refund the full cost.
6. To our knowledge, there are few countries where this item cannot be delivered to. We'll inform you if this happens within 2 business days after your order. All your payments will be refunded immediately after that.
